What are the criteria for SMEs to participate in your programs?
Ideal participants are for-profit SMEs that have been generating revenues for more than 5 years and have 30-150 permanent staff. These criteria are flexible to include a broad range of enterprises.
What successes has Pit to Palace achieved so far?
Our pilot with Synergetic Development Group is a notable success. This mid-sized SME is on track to produce its first sustainability report by December 2025, and demonstrating improved performance through sustainable practices.
What kind of support does Pit to Palace provide to youth?
We empower youth through Climate Fresk campaigns, Lean Innovation training, and annual green-themed hackathons, promoting sustainability and entrepreneurial skills.
